Effluent Treatment for Aluminum Industry Purifiers
Design and Implementation of a Titration System for Sampling Waste from Purifiers
This project implemented a titration system, which was developed in collaboration with the client’s R&D department. This closed loop process offers an optimal efficiency by maintaining the acidity at a desired set point, while controlling the waste flow rate going to the treatment plant.
Design Study to Optimize the Water Network to the Purifiers
This preliminary study consisted of an optimization of the neutralized and particle-free effluent water returning to the purifier towers. It was necessary to simulate the entire network in order to obtain an optimal solution.
Optimization of the Water Treatment Plant
Electrical and mechanical design modifications were made including a reconfiguration of the Bailey system.

Waste Water Treatment for the Circuit Board Production Industry
Design of a Waste Water Treatment Plant
This design involved a complete modernization of an existing waste water plant; starting from the water collection points, then on to the neutralization and decanting processes, and then finally to the solid waste (mud) drying process.
Waste Water Treatment Plant
This project dealt with the electrical and mechanical design of the piping, instrumentation and controls. It also included the electrical and mechanical installation, programming, commissioning and the whole system start-up.
Implementation of a Copper Concentration Sampling and Analyzing System
This project consisted of implementing multiple sampling points to measure the copper concentration throughout the continuous treatment process in order to pinpoint the source of a problem in the event of a high copper concentration flowing into the municipal sewers.
