Automated Solder Wire Spool Palletizing System
Robotic turnkey palletizing system that handles solder wire from three winding machines. This project included developing the layout, purchasing the equipment (robots, conveyors, transfer systems, case erector), shop testing, installation, and start-up.

Robotic Toilet Paper Palletizing System
Three (3) turnkey robotic palletizers used for tissue paper products. This project included developing the layout, purchasing the equipment, programming, shop testing, installation of the entire system, and the start-up.

Beer Case Palletizer
This turnkey project consisted of integrating high-speed palletizers. This project included developing the layout, purchasing the equipment, programming, supervising the tests at the manufacturers, installation of the entire system, and the start-up.
Beer Bottle Depalletizer
This project consisted of supervising the mechanical and electrical installation of a destacker, a manual destacking station, as well as all the conveyors for case distribution. We also designed the control system and provided the detailed engineering necessary to integrate this equipment.

Automated Food Palletizer
This project included four (4) turnkey robotic food product palletizers operating in temperature-controlled environments. This project included developing the layout, purchasing the equipment (robots, conveyors, transfer systems, stretch-wrapper), shop testing, installation, and the start-up.

Large-scale Food Product Central Palletizing System
This is the largest robotic palletizing system in Canada comprising of eight in-line robots that handle 120 cases per minute. This turnkey project included developing the layout, purchasing the equipment (robots, conveyors, transfer systems), shop testing, installation, and the start-up.
Design and Manufacturing of a Case Erector-Packer
We supplied a turnkey case erector-packer capable of handling three different case sizes. This project included the mechanical and electrical (control) design, manufacturing of parts, the mechanical and electrical assembly, programming, installation, and start-up. The cases are sealed by tape and the size can be quickly changed using an incremental crank. The equipment’s modular structure is in aluminum and its speed is 10 cases per minute.
Food Product Foldable Carton Depalletizer System
This is a unique system in North America (patent in progress) that takes piles of flat cartons from a pallet and feeds a carton filler. This turnkey project included developing the layout, designing the patented tool, purchasing the equipment (robots, conveyors, transfer systems), shop testing, installation, and the start-up.

Magnesium Ingot Palletizer
This project consisted of designing a transport conveyor, a gripping station used to perform various operations with the ingots, as well as an automatic palletizer.

Combined Case Erector-Packer for Thermoplastic Sealant Tubes
This project included the mechanical and electrical (control) design, detailed engineering, in-house manufacturing of parts, mechanical and electrical assembly, programming, mechanical and electrical installation, and start-up. The system can erect five (5) different case sizes and case-fill two (2) sizes of tubes. Size changeovers can be done automatically from the control panel. The speed is 60 tubes per minute. And a micro-character inkjet code is also printed on the circumference of the tubes. The Erector-Packer was integrated with the tube filler upstream on the production line.

Robotic palletizing system for frozen fish boxes
System with 3 robots that can palletize cases being discharged straight off fishing vessels.
System must read the information on the cans and sort up to 8 different products to be palletized simultaneously.
System capacity is 133 cases per minute.
Delivered Solution:
- Three Axium IXOFLEX™ cells, each one including:
- A case conveyor circuit with a two camera DVT vision system, which sorts the cases and sends them to the robot.
- Eight case infeeds called RowMakers™. The RowMakers™ are special case conveyors that prepare an entire layer as per the desired palletizing pattern (mixed pallet). The robot then takes the entire layer and positions it on the pallet, thereby yielding a higher case per minute capacity.
- An AG4048 Axium palette dispenser able to dispense 40” x 48” palettes at a rate of one palette per minute. This palette dispenser is especially designed to realign stacks of palettes that have been misaligned.
- An ultra flexible Axium palette conveyor system feeds empty pallets to three robots and then transports full pallets from the robots to the stretch wrapper.
