Axium now builds control panels for its projects and now also offers this service to its business partners. - Detailed control panel electrical design (internal and external arrangements, and wiring details).
- Panel building as per drawings supplied by the client or designed by Axium. (Design checkout according to the standard requested, as an option).
- Purchase and supply of all necessary components for control panel assembly.
- Mechanical assembly and installation of all components in the cabinets and on the cabinets as per pre-approved or supplied drawings.
- Wiring of the electrical control panels.
- Point to point verification of all wiring and a functional test.
- Supply of a detailed bill of material for each control panel.
- Completed internal production verification lists.
- Standard shop tests.
- Approvals as requested by the client (CSA, UL, cUL).
- One set of « as built » drawings
- Delivery of the cabinets to client’s facilities.
- Factory Acceptance Test (wiring and tests before delivery of the panels to their final destination).
- Wiring and tests on site
